Long-acting opiates are ideal for patients in chronic
pain, s/p surgery, overnight dosing and patients with
Fibromyalgia. Dosing is based on weight and severity
of pain. Sustained release dosing will provide consistent
levels and analgesia for 8 to 12 hours.
Custom Medicine Pharmacenter can prepare a variety of
opiates, with dosing flexibility that regular pharmacies
cannot provide. Adjuvants may be added to increase patient
response.
